I tried using a massage gun after the gym for a week. what happened here

It’s easy to become obsessed about going to the gym. Like any physical activity or sporting interest, once you get into the habit, you feel bad for not making it there. Since we have been able to say goodbye to the lockdown, life is more or less normal at my local gym and it is great to be back.

When the gym was closed, I returned to jogging. I finally found a really nice pair of best running shoes and hit the road. I started with 5k and eventually made it to about 10k a day. The downside was that running reminded me of why I signed up for a gym all those years ago.
